RETURN POLICY

We have a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. As long as all products are returned clean and undamaged, you’ll be refunded within 14 days of delivery. All used parts MUST be cleaned and completely clear of residue prior to shipping. Refunds for returns are limited to the product price and don’t include shipping and handling. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be returned via UPS or Fedex carriers. We will not accept returns through the United States Postal Service. It must also be in the original packaging.

ARCTIC WARRANTY PROGRAM

Dab & Shatter L.L.C. will repair or replace all non-steel parts on your Arctic Bong for a period of one year from the date of purchase should they fail during normal use or due to a manufacturing defect. Intentional damage and product abuse are not covered. Limited to one replacement of each part within the one-year period. If you need a replacement, send us an email at sales@arcticbongs.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancellation
For order cancellation requests, you must contact us by email at sales@arcticbongs.com. Any attempts to cancel the order may be delayed or may result as a missed cancellation request. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Refund​
The refund is issued by ArcticBongs.com right away, but it takes from 2 to 6 days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution policy with regard to refund.
Refused Items
If it is indeed our fault, you will be credited for the items and we will reship the order at our expense. If customer refused the packages for any other reasons, there will be a 15% restocking fee along with shipping charge.
Refunds may be issued back to the original payment (Credit card, debit card, etc.) or as store credit in the form of reward points.
